My experience with Floodteam was overwhelmingly awesome from start to finish. They responded immediately to my crisis, I was able to reach the office person with one simple phone call, no hold, no robots, straight thru to a human who understood exactly what I needed and provided assistance and answers on the spot.
The work crew was exceptional. They were polite, knowledgeable, and very responsive to my needs and concerns.
Ariana in the office helped me understand the protocols for insurance and walked me through it, so I had no difficulties in filing my claim.
I can't say enough positive about this company...they were truly awesome to deal with each and every step of the way.

I had a sewer backup in my walk in shower that flooded my bathroom and hallway. I called the Emergency Flood Team and they sent Vanley out within the hour. He was very caring and helpful and put us at ease. After doing his inspection and taking pictures. He returned to the office and within a couple hours sent us a quote on what was going to happened next. The whole time the company was very thoughtful and sympathetic with our situation. It’s extraordinarily challenging having a water leak flood your home, but the Emergency Flood Team are the answer to your urgent prayers. Within 45 minutes Aaron arrived to assess our flooding. Calm, well spoken and responsive to our urgent questions he rallied the team on a Sunday morning. Danny, the team lead was awesome, helping us to understand what happens at each stage of the cleanup, drying and yes… demolition. The team are seasoned professionals, and their preparation and execution was flawless. They made so many valuable recommendations, from contacting our home insurance company, suggesting rebuilding contractors to sharing what other clients have done in similar circumstances. As more equipment was installed, and our kitchen, dining room, laundry room and living room were contained virtually every bit of their advice proved valuable. The local team brought in helpers from the Valley, and they were respectful and very capable. Each day the team gave us an update, and their corporate office provide detailed reports for us and our insurer. Their timelines and predictions were accurate, and the team’s coordination with our reconstruction contractor was seamless. In fact, the contractor continues to compliment the Emergency Flood Team’s work. Within 24 hours we had an invoice to submit to our insurer. Emergency Flood Team is a beyond tremendous company to work with especially  when you are dealing with hardship.
I was amazed at their empathy, urgency, and ability to make my problems feel like their problems. They really do put the customers first which isn’t always a common thing to experience. Arrianna and Steve and all others involved were amazing and I’m so grateful for their consistent contact and updates.
