Very professional and thorough. They arrived same day we called. They communicated every step of the way. They were very clean, and left no mess. Every thing was isolated off. They even masked off the floor from the affected area all the way to the front door so no dirt would be on our tile. They were very passionate and caring. Exactly what we needed in a troubling situation.
We had our roof cave in on us due to weather damage from the heavy monsoon season that we had had and so we called emergency flood team and they sent us an angel named Dany Lane. This man went what we think to be above and beyond what anyone else would have done for us, on the first night with us he alone spent 11 hours with us making sure everything was cleaned up and safe and then made sure to come back to keep things safe and well maintained. Our home stayed livable for us Thanks to his hard work, we couldn't appreciate him or this company more!
I highly recommend Emergency Flood Team! The team, led by owner Steve, was incredibly honest, compassionate and incredibly helpful. He was in our flooded home removing water within less than an hour of calling and walked us through each step of the process during a difficult and stressful time.For my family, our home is a sacred place and when it flooded we felt very powerless. It is not easy to open the doors and allow strangers to see all your dirty laundry (literally flowing freely through ankle deep water). Yet within minutes of meeting the team, I had no reservations trusting the care of our home to them.It is very obvious that Steve has a great relationship with his hand-selected employees who are all top notch and very high caliber. They are really good at what they do and their experience shows in their work. We are especially grateful for Vanley and Greg, and to them we owe our sanity. Emergency Flood Team was an outstanding business! We were dealing with a frustrating issue with mold in our basement, one of their service techs was able to come out that day and give us a quote. They were able to find and get rod of all the mold in our home, and we feel like our air quality has improved as well since their visit.

Tony and Emergency Flood Team were amazing! We had a flood upstairs that destroyed our master bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen beneath it.
